No, he’s my son…

The other day I took Shep to play at the indoor mall playground.  When we got there, it was closed to be cleaned.  So we decided to wait till they reopened.  We were sitting on a nearby bench when some little kids walked up with their parents, trying to figure out when the playground would reopen.  I told the little girl that it would be open soon, and she came over to talk to Shep.  She looked him over and then looked me over and said, “Is he your little brother?”
